Through the personal area on the website, you can transfer money abroad, purchase foreign currency, deposit funds to a digital wallet/reloadable card, and check transaction history.

You can pay using credit cards, bank transfers, PAI reloadable cards, or cash directly at our branch.

To open a new card, you need to come to our office with two valid documents (such as ID, passport, work permit, driver’s license, local certificate, etc.). We will handle the rest of the process.

The exchange rate is locked for 3 days from the date of the order.

We offer 30 different foreign currencies for purchase. You can find the list of available currencies in the 'Currency Orders' section on our website and place an order accordingly.

If you are an Israeli citizen, you need to present a valid identification document (ID card, driver’s license, passport, etc.). If you are a foreign citizen, you need to present a valid foreign passport and residency permit.

There are several ways to perform a transfer: through the personal area on the website, sending a message via the WhatsApp bot, or coming to our office in Eilat. You must present an identification document and provide the beneficiary details, transfer destination, and amount. You will immediately receive a confirmation of the transfer.

By accessing the personal area on the website or the PAI app, you can view your transaction history and current balance. You can also perform additional actions: transferring funds between the wallet and the card or transferring between different wallets. The login details for the website/app will be provided at our office when the card is opened.

PAI’s reloadable debit card allows a wide range of actions, including: withdrawing cash from ATMs, purchasing in physical stores and online, paying bills, and more. Additionally, the card serves as a replacement for cash, and through the digital wallet, you can transfer money between different cards (e.g., transferring money to children). Soon, the card will also be available for managing salaries and business expenses.

You will receive the new card immediately after its opening, along with all the necessary details to access the personal area in the app.
