FAQ

  • To open a new card, you need to come to our office with two valid documents (such as ID, passport, work permit, driver’s license, local certificate, etc.). We will handle the rest of the process.

  • You will receive the new card immediately after its opening, along with all the necessary details to access the personal area in the app.

  • PAI’s reloadable debit card allows a wide range of actions, including: withdrawing cash from ATMs, purchasing in physical stores and online, paying bills, and more. Additionally, the card serves as a replacement for cash, and through the digital wallet, you can transfer money between different cards (e.g., transferring money to children). Soon, the card will also be available for managing salaries and business expenses.

  • By accessing the personal area on the website or the PAI app, you can view your transaction history and current balance. You can also perform additional actions: transferring funds between the wallet and the card or transferring between different wallets. The login details for the website/app will be provided at our office when the card is opened.

  • You can contact PAI’s customer service independently or come to our office, and we will assist you in recovering your access.
